Analyst, Strategy

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for an Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our Strategy team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

The role

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented student seeking an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy? As our new Analyst, you will be a part of a dynamic and professional environment and you will be reporting to and collaborating closely with our Global Strategy Manager, having the exciting opportunity to develop your strategy and business skills and put your know-how and theory into practice. Through your work, you will play an important role in the team and participate in various strategic and business-related projects.

We will seek to constantly support and inspire you - while focusing on your learning and personal development and as a part of your job, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate across various organizational functions globally.

The position is part-time (app. 15-20 hours/week) and based out of our office in Copenhagen. Your workload will vary, and flexibility is therefore expected from both sides.

Responsibilities will further consist of:

  • Support in facilitating the implementation of new strategy initiatives across the organization
  • Identify and analyze strategic improvement areas to inform company decision-making
  • Prepare presentation material for projects and meetings
  • Collect and analyze data from our internal data systems and interfaces
  • Ad hoc tasks

  • Global Strategy Manager
  • CISC Global Management

 

The right candidate

You are preferably in the first or second year of your master's degree in Economics, Business, Strategy, or similar and are keen to start a career within strategy.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and deliver on short deadlines
  • Ability to deliver concrete solutions in a highly complex and volatile environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Positive attitude and good stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
