Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Contract)

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our office in Singapore.

Please note that this is a 5-month temporary contract.

 

The role

As a Senior Associate in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers in the talent acquisition process. You will be an integral part of our growing team to develop and maintain best practices in talent acquisition across the region. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including participating in kick-off meetings with hiring managers, booking interviews, and conducting pre-screening calls, and seeing through the process until contract signing.

 

Responsibilities will further consist of:

  • Working closely with Hiring Managers to embed a hiring strategy and set expectations on the recruitment process for each role
  • Sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Negotiate offers of employment and work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure that candidates have a positive and engaging experience through the interview process
  • Update and maintenance of our ATS system
  • Various administrative ad-hoc tasks

  • External consultancies, suppliers, and vendors

 

You

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, especially in the finance, energy, or consulting sectors. Our ideal candidate will have experience working on 360 recruitments in a global company and has supported across different location/regions. You have a keen interest in interactive work and demonstrate a commitment to excelling in service-oriented roles. We are looking for someone with a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a desire to work in a growing international organization.

  • Proficient at self-directed work, forward-thinking action, and task prioritization
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • High level of attention to detail with a sense of orderliness
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Resilient, structured, and likes to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS can be beneficial
