Performance Manager, Performance Management
Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Performance Manager to join our office in Madrid Spain.
The role
As our new Performance Manager you’ll be a part of a team of experienced professionals and will report into the VP, Performance Management.
You will be responsible for delivering Performance Management services across several investments in EMEA supporting each phase (Development, Pre-FID, Construction and Operations). You will play an integral role in defining and developing Performance Management standards and templates to ensure realization of the CIP Project Model.
Responsibilities will further consist of:
- Implementing effective project governance model on investments in development and construction
- Ensuring the project is resourced as per CI Project Delivery Model including Network Companies and Third Parties
- Onboarding Project Director & introduce Project Director to CIP reporting
- Ensuring implementation of CIP Employer Requirements, incl. Project Director introduction to CIP ESG standards
- Preparing project for and supporting PMO Assessments
- Securing project contracts (SLA, DSA, CMA, AMA, OMA) are in place
- Managing Network Companies – define project KPI’s, monitor performance, report to SteerCo
- Coordinating SteerCo process, incl. Performance Management input covering supplier performance and project performance overview

You
The ideal candidate comes with 8-12 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's Degree in economics, science, engineering or similar with a background in management consulting/experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or large capital project management.
Moreover, you are a highly responsible and motivated individual who is thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.
