Analyst (Student Assistant), Fund Structures
Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Student Analyst to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The role
As our new Fund Structuring Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting. You will collaborate with highly qualified and experienced professionals while contributing to our successful fund management.
In this role, you will be actively involved in various finance-related activities alongside your colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Fund Structures team with improving internal financial processes and collaboration across different teams. You will also perform various analyses using Excel and PowerPoint to support informed decision-making and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities will consist of:
- Streamline financial operational processes
- Play an instrumental role in professionalizing our organization
- Enhance internal collaboration, thereby contributing to a more efficient work environment
- Ad hoc tasks.
You
This part-time Analyst position requires approximately 15-20 hours per week, and you are enrolled at a university. We value flexibility, so your workload may vary, and we expect both you and the team to adapt accordingly. You will report directly to the Finance Manager, who will provide mentorship and guidance as you embark on this exciting journey with us.
We are looking for a candidate, either in the second or last year of a bachelor’s degree, who plans to pursue a relevant master’s degree in economics and business administration, for example, a Cand. Merc.
Moreover, you are a highly responsible and motivated individual who is thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.
We look for the following in a candidate:
- High academic performer with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance, and preferably enrolled in a process improvement and/or project management degree
- Thrives on taking responsibility and demonstrates high attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent team player with solid written and verbal communication skills.
