HRIS Manager, Global People

 

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a HRIS Manager to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

 

The role 

We are looking for a colleague with profound experience as an HRIS Manager. With a diverse team of new colleagues, you will be integral to supporting the current system implementation and helping lay the foundation for robust operation and maintenance in the future. You will work in a hybrid functional role between HR and IT, reporting to the Head of People in CISC.  

In CIP/ CISC, we build value that matters. As part of our company-wide 2030 mission, we are implementing our new HR IT platform, based on Workday, as a core system to enable and support our continuous growth. This will enable us to professionalize further and streamline our processes and support our commitment to scaling our business and continuously strengthening our efficiency. 

 

Key responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of Workday, optimizing business processes based on HR domain expertise and system capabilities.  

  • Configure Workday and adapt and implement new functions and modules.  

  • Support the creation of HR reports and drive business process improvements.  

  • Facilitate training for business process leads on Workday functionality.  

  • Facilitate communication and support change management during system implementation.  

  • Oversee release cycles, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate the implementation and adoption of system updates.  

  • Monitor and report on HR service delivery quality, drive user adoption, handle support requests, and ensure system operational functionality in collaboration with IT.

  • People team 

  • IT team 

  • Cross functionally across CIP/CISC. 

 

You 

You will bring extensive experience working with growing, innovative, and performance-driven organizations, and will have a background in delivering complex system implementations, preferably with Workday. As a leader with hands-on expertise in business process management, project management, and technical change management, you can leverage your proven IT skills to deliver clear and impactful communications in fast-paced, international, and highly varied environments.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience delivering implementations of HR IT systems, ideally, Workday, who is highly skilled with the MS Suite (e.g., PowerPoint) and possesses a solution-focused mindset supported by the ability to substantiate communications with data.

Moreover, you are a highly responsible and motivated individual thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.

  • Self-igniting and delivery oriented
  • Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comprehensive analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as great communication skills
  • Willingness to work in an international, efficient, and highly varied environment.
