Global Rewards Specialist, Global People

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Global Rewards Specialist to join our office in Copenhagen. 

The role 
We are looking for a rewards specialist to support the total rewards function. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CIP Rewards team. Reporting to the Global Rewards Manager, you will become part of a growing and developing team, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues across our three regions and deliver a great rewards experience for CISC leaders and employees. 

 

Key responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Advise and support CISC leaders and employees globally on reward principles, policies, and compliance. 

  • Advise on incentive programs (short term and long-term incentive programs). 

  • Manage benchmarking and position evaluations. 

  • Take part in our annual reward processes, e.g. merit reviews, bonus payouts, promotions, out-of-cycle salary adjustments etc. 

  • Drive rewards projects such as job catalogues and analysis of gender pay gaps. 

  • Work with data and deliver key reward analysis for people team and businesses to make informed decisions. 

  • Accruals, cost estimations, and quality controls. 

  • Work with key stakeholders to educate, support and collaborate on global processes and fair rewards.

  • Cross functionally across CIP/CISC to drive rewards excellence. 

 
You 

We seek a dynamic Rewards Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rewards management within a multinational organization and demonstrate expertise in compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies. You will be critical in ensuring our reward programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with our organizational goals. 

Moreover, you are a highly responsible and motivated individual who is thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.

 

We look for the following in a candidate

  • Self-igniting and delivery oriented
  • Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  •  

    Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comprehensive analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as great communication skills
  • Willingness to work in an international, efficient, and highly varied environment.
